By creating an account, purchasing access, downloading a resource, or using the Learning Hub, the user agrees to use the materials only under the access level and license provided.

Account Use

Accounts are personal unless an authorized family, group, or organizational plan states otherwise. Login credentials may not be shared or resold.

Protected Materials

Course lessons, journal prompts, CAR framework content, assessments, printable resources, graphics, videos, code, and branded materials may not be copied, scraped, reposted, resold, adapted, or distributed without written permission except as permitted by law.

User Content

Users retain ownership of their original submissions and journal responses. Private journal content is not part of administrator grading unless the user separately submits it through an assignment or review feature.

Subscriptions and Access

Subscription access may end after cancellation, nonpayment, expiration, refund, or misuse. Users should download authorized personal exports before access ends.
