Charlotte Houston-Martin is the founder of THE F.I.L.M. First I Love Me™ LLC, a New York business serving individuals, schools, agencies, and community organizations.
Her work draws on more than 40 years in education and leadership, 24 years of business experience, and 35 years of community involvement. Her vision began in 2010, with programs offered since 2012.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Education, an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts, life-coaching certification, and experience in youth programming and educational leadership.
